I created this blog over a year ago when I suddenly became enthralled with Khonsu. The more I read about him, the more I liked him. Various things came up and my blog was forgotten and left empty. It wasn't until recently that I decided to make use of it. The URL name of my blog (Dua Khonsu) is a form of address/thanks/adoration and gives praise to the god. I was originally going to focus on Khonsu only, but it felt wrong to leave out Mut and Amun as well, so I changed the title and widened my scope to the whole Theban Triad. While these deities will be the bulk of my focus for this blog, other Kemetic (and sometimes non-Kemetic) gods may be discussed or honored as well.
